Dear Reader,
Welcome to the Chapman Law Review website and the beginning of a new academic year!
My name is Darian Nourian, and I am honored to serve as the Editor-in-Chief for Volume 27 of the Chapman Law Review, a student-run journal that publishes legal scholarship written by law professors, judges, legal professionals, and law students. Our amazing team of student editors edits every article published and is committed to promoting an inclusive and diverse publication. I am thankful for and proud to work alongside the intelligent and hardworking students who make up our journal. In the spring, we host our annual Law Review Symposium, bringing distinguished scholars together to discuss timely legal issues. We are excited to announce the 2024 Symposium topic shortly. Finally, I am grateful to the Chapman Law faculty and administration for their endless support and guidance in editorial decisions and for providing a platform for legal discussions. I look forward to working with these students, faculty, and administrators to publish Volume 27 of the Chapman Law Review and further scholarly discussion in the legal community.
Sincerely,
Darian Nourian
