The Institute for Law Teaching and Learning has designated Professor Bradley T. Borden’s “Using the Client-File Method to Teach Transactional Law” as its Article of the Month. The piece, which was recently published by the Chapman Law Review, coincided with the 2013 Chapman Law Review Symposium, “The Future of Law, Business, and Legal Education: How to Prepare Students to Meet Corporate Needs.”
