Lauren Shaw (Volumes 15 & 16) has been recently published in the Journal of Air Law and Commerce, via Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. Her article, “Asteroids, The New Western Frontier: Applying Principles of the General Mining Law of 1872 to Incentivize Asteroid Mining,” is now available on WestlawNext at 78 J. Air L. & Com. 121. The paper was a final project for Professor Donald J. Kochan’s Natural Resources Law & Policy class, held at Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
