A year ago today, Chancellor Leo E. Strine, in his keynote speech at the 2013 Law Review Symposium stated: “the law is a profession with a distinct set of professional values and duties that are vital to the well-functioning of a society that is based on adherence to law.” 17 Chap. L. Rev. 137, 141 (2013).

We at Chapman Law Review could not agree more with Chancellor Strine and are pleased to hear the news this week that Chancellor Strine has been confirmed as Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court. Chapman Law Review wishes to formally congratulate Chief Justice-elect Strine on his new position.
